This ~totally ~delicious class will teach you how to make the most mouthwatering cookie pies from the comfort of your own kitchen. This class teaches you the classics: pumpkin, cherry and pecan. Can you believe that crust is done with tipless piping bags?! (The ONLY piping tip you need is for the whipped cream!)

This class is considered beginner OR advanced beginner because while the designs are simple, there is still a lot that can be learned from the techniques and execution! This set is all about the color palette, textures and getting that consistency just right for the application. I do also give modifications for most designs to make them a little easier if needed.

This 35 minute class recording is delivered as if it was a live class, so you're transported right into my energy and will finish the class having completed the entire set of cookies.

By purchasing the class, you'll have access to the class recording, as well as a 42 page workbook to make this cookie journey as seamless and fun as possible. 

You will learn how to decorate (from start to finish) THREE cookies:

  1. Pumpkin pie
  2. Cherry pie
  3. Pecan pie

Whether you've never touched it before or you've been working with royal icing for years, you are SURE to impress all of your friends and family with your edible creations thanks to my detailed instructions and warm approach!

So cute and they actually were pretty quick to decorate!! My family loved them!

Perfect Thanksgiving Cookies!

We didn't have the cutter so the shapes aren't perfect but I love that we could still take the class and make amazing cookies without purchasing extra cutters! As always, the directions are very easy to follow. I loved some of the techniques we learned throughout the class and how easy it was to make 3 different pies. I could see easily adapting the instruction provided to make other pie flavors. We had a great time!

I never thought I’d be able to make cookies this amazing, with such distinct crusts, and textures to each style. Thank you Grace for taking a beginner cookier and propelling my love of decorating with your warm personality, relaxed and fun approach to your class and thorough workbook!
