This course set me up for success! The guide was so comprehensive and all my answered questions. The embedded videos made such a difference. I watched the video on royal icing consistencies several times and had success. Once all my prep was done using the checklists and timelines, I felt totally ready to go to watch the on-line class. I was so happy with the result!
