I had tried to make royal iced cookies a few times from free resources online and was always left feeling defeated with cookies that were super subpar. After working through this class I feel completely confident in my cookie abilities and ready to learn more new techniques and even potentially start selling! This class was super helpful especially in helping to lay out the specific timeline of when to do each step so you don’t have to spend an entire day working on cookies.
I'm known for my baking skills. Cakes, cupcakes, pies, you name it, I can bake it. But the one thing that has always eluded me has been baking and decorating sugar cookies. Between burning the cookies, wrongs consistencies, etc etc etc, I had given up on ever being able to bake sugar cookies let alone decorate them. Enter The Graceful Baker. On a whim I bought this course and was blown away at how easy she makes the whole process. So many great tips, tricks and helpful hints. Everything from making the recipes, to baking, to making frosting, to achieving the right consistency, all the way to decorating and even storing your cookies after. They aren't perfect but I'll get better with practice. Can't wait to take the next one!
This is my third set of cookies to make with Grace's videos. To go along with the theme, I made strawberry cookies with lemon icing - so yummy! This theme is super cute, fun to make, and perfect for strawberry season! There are lots of extra tips and questions answered in this video since it was a live class recording.
This class is a great value! Grace explains thing so well and the written guide that does along with the videos has SO much info! This class is great for intermediate level decorators though there is a range of difficulty in the class, depending on the cookie design,
