I took The Graceful Baker’s **Beginner Christmas Cookies** online class, and it was fantastic! The instructions were clear and easy to follow, making it simple to learn the decorating techniques step by step. The class format was perfect for beginners, allowing me to work at my own pace and really take in each detail. My decorated Christmas cookies turned out beautifully—better than I expected—and I was so proud of my work! I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to learn how to decorate cookies, especially for the holidays!
This class was amazing! I made these back in 2023 and this was my first ever time making and decorating with royal icing. Grace does such a good and thorough job at walking you through the entire process from gathering supplies to finishing your beautiful cookies! As a visual learner the YouTube video was so so so helpful to work along with. As a baker I’m grateful that this class was my introduction into my cookie decorating journey! I had so much fun, and my family LOVED them 🥰

This is the first class I have taken for decorating sugar cookies. It was very fun!!! I am looking forward to improving my skills with the information given in the lesson.
I learned so much from this class. I have always wanted to decorate cookies and have them look professionally done. I was able to bake the cookies to perfection and decorate with almost no flaws. I would go easier on the brown food coloring as it was a little too dark. Her instructions are easy to follow and great that you can pause the video when needed. I will definitely be taking more classes. But I will tell you the prep is very time consuming and nothing I would do in one day. Fortunately, I broke it up into three days. One day to bake the cookies. I froze them for a week. The day before I made the royal icing which takes a while to make all the colors needed which was 6 different colors. I had to make three batches as I had 2 friends join me for a social cookie decorating afternoon. They loved it and want to do more.
This was my first class because I wasn’t improving just watching YouTube videos and trying to copy what they were doing. I was shocked at how awesome these came. Can’t wait for next Halloween!!
