I’ve tried Royal icing decorated cookies in the past by basically reading a recipe and winging it, without much success. Now I understand why! The class here goes over *every detail* and issue you might be confronted with, not only with words, but easy to follow photos and video. Every step ensures your success! After making the basic round class Christmas cookies, I tried my hand at a few more. Now I need to find people to give more cookies to, because I want to decorate more!
We (group of abt 8 friends) have a "cookie bake/decorating party every year ...for the past 40+ years & I try to make it different each year. This year my friend & i decided to give this a try. We had a "practice day" & it was soo much fun! So easy to follow, very detailed & easy to understand & ...did I say..so much fun! Thank you for making these classes so enjoyable for the everyday/ non professional bakers!
This is the second class my daughter and I have purchased. We had a great time and they turned out SO cute! My daughter is 10 and I attached a photo of some of the cookies she made.
I have taken many of the classes provided by Grace. From beginner to intermediate each time I feel I am getting more confident in my skills for cookie decorating. What is nice about the class is that I can take it at my own pace, take a break if needed or only decorate the cookies I want to.
This class gave me everything I needed to succeed!
