I just completed my second time through the Beginner Winter class and my second Graceful Baker class. I’m improving! Especially after slowing down and really taking the time to focus. I had enough icing leftover from the first class to decorate another batch of cookies. The recipes are delicious, and I make the cookies GF by using Cup for Cup flour. I really appreciate the thorough workbook and video with time stamps. I’m really enjoying this new hobby, and so are my friends and neighbors! Not so much my own waistline! Thank you, Grace!
