My cookie journey started 2 yrs ago. When the in-person classes were no longer offered, I was on my own. Fortunately, I discovered Grace and have now taken 3 online classes. I chose the wreath class to expand my techniques and the class did not disappoint. Grace's "roll with the punches approach" is exactly what I need in order to not obsess over small imperfections! Chocolate Sweethearts so cute my husband still has 2 6 months later!
I just LOVE Grace's classes and this time experimented with a chocolate cookie recipe for my Valentine hearts. These turned out so cute my husband refused to eat two of them and they are still wrapped in plastic on our kitchen counter in July! I have a routine now with Grace's classes. Cookie baking Friday night, icing making Saturday, and a relaxing Sunday at my dining table with her YouTube video. I wonder what the next one will be? :-)
I cannot say enough about these classes. I took advantage of a wonderful sale to purchase a bunch of Grace's classes. When my granddaughter found out I had them she wanted to try. We are having such a good time! Every class has an online workbook and also a video to follow along with. Everything is organized, spelled out and explained thoroughly. Makes the best bonding time for Nana with her granddaughter!
