Very appropriate, as I just received this message of review of the Strawberry Lemonade class, which I just completed and learned it was Grace’s third instructed class given. As always, very informative and enjoyable.
I absolutely loved this class! The writing portion really challenged me, but in the best way possible. Grace’s explanations were clear, detailed, and easy to follow, which gave me the confidence to try techniques that were outside my comfort zone. I learned so much and left feeling inspired and excited to keep practicing. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking to improve their cookie decorating skills!
My focus with this class was to really focus on the piping and flooding technique and master the different types of floods. The step by step tutorial was SO helpful and my cookies turned out great. I only used one color but I tried the different designs and they were so easy to follow. I am looking forward to more classes!
This class was a little challenging for me and my son, it was only the 3rd one that I had attempted. We didn’t attempt any wording. But they all turned out pretty darn cute despite the little imperfections! As with all royal icing cookies, icing consistency is key. With every class I rewatch the video of Grace showing the different consistency. Maybe someday I won’t have to keep rewatching it, but not yet! I will surely do these again cuz they are adorable! 🐝
