One thing I love most about these classes is the reminder that this is supposed to be fun! That was what I was looking for when I signed up for the class but I am a perfectionist and the details could make me crazy if I would let them. That being said, this is my second class w Grace and it won’t be my last. Love the detail she gives and the step by step guides. Love that each time is different (just like she says) and that I am learning new things about the dough, the icing, and the techniques every step of the way. I cannot wait to take this class again!!
This set was SO adorable! And Grace is an amazing and thorough teacher. Her classes are so fun and the workbook is so detailed and helpful every step of the way, along with the YouTube video. This was the second of 2 classes I took for Christmas in 2023 and my family loved all the cookies! I’m ready to get a few more classes 🤭🍪🐻❄️🐧
I enjoyed this class so much. I never worked with royal icing before and I did all the decorations in the class and they weren’t bad. I would recommend this class to anyone.
I'm new to this, but had the best time with this class. Grace explains things so well and love her down to earth attitude.
(I used an existing candy cane cutter that I already owned, so mine look a little different than the class examples.) As with all of Grace’s classes, the instruction is super clear and easy to understand. With the videos, you feel like Grace is right there teaching you, and she anticipates all the questions you have! I learned a lot in this class. I still need a lot of practice with getting the icing consistency right and doing straight lines, but I have more confidence after this class! Highly recommended!
