this was my first foray into cookie decorating and i did this class plus the winter class with my stepdaughter. Everything was super easy to figure out - from icing consistency (using the you tube video) to sequencing the different steps. The classes are great and i will definitely be buying more in order to increase my skills! Picture are my cookies from both classes.
Brand new at this cookie making. Followed the recipe for cookies exactly (after measuring and having a flour-ery cookie, I now weigh everything for PERFECT results.)
Icing tutorial was great. Recipe is delicious.

This was my first-ever attempt at royal icing work and, tbh, I was pretty sure I was going to crash and burn. But Grace’s instruction was so thorough and the designs were so well thought out that I had nothing to worry about! I need lots more practice but I’m so happy with this inaugural effort. :)
I loved this class. There was variety on techniques shown. My favorite was the Santa. I only cut out 9 of them since I thought it would be the hardest one. Next year I will make more. I would definitely do the white on the hat last so that it is "fluffier" Soooo cute though .
I purchased botht he beginner and advanced ornaments class. They were fantastic. Grace was very down to earth in the videos and explained everything very clearly. I appreicated the information on timing. The workbook was awesome and had loads of great information. I used one of the designs on a different shaped ornament and changed the colors to red and green. I got a ton of compliments on these cookies
