SNOWFLAKES ~ Online Cookie Decorating Class
Learn to decorate cookies like a pro with our SNOWFLAKES online cookie decorating class.
Designed for more advanced cookie decorators and those wanting to up their skill level, we're really taking things to the next level with this. There is a LOT of pressure piping, lots of poof and intricate wet on wet. And we're working with 3 consistencies! Pair a couple of these designs with simpler ones for a more bulk-friendly set of cookies to impress this season.
But while this set is complex, it's simplified with just one shape and a limited color palette of 3 colors. Few colors and one shape cuts down on prep time and costs.
Love the snowflake? Try out the beginner version of this set! It's the same cutter with a simpler set of designs (all with 1 consistency and just 2 colors!). Check out the Beginner Snowflakes class here.

- Beginner: never worked with royal icing before (even if you're an experienced baker) or a handful of times
- Advanced Beginner: has worked with royal icing for +/- 6 months and sometimes gets the icing consistency right
- Intermediate: has worked with royal icing for 1 year+ and often gets the icing consistency right

Her designs are beautiful and I couldn’t pass up the new snowflake class. I’d say I’m a beginner to cookie decorating, but I pick things up really quick so I wasn’t worried about skill level. I took the time to read the class book ahead of time and ordered the needed supplies. Baked my cookies then got my icing ready the next day. I was impatient and didn’t let the icing sit overnight, but they turned out fine. I popped the class video on and decorated along with Grace. The class was easy to follow. I loved that I could pause and rewind if needed (and I did!). I struggled with the pressure piping and know that I need to practice more if I ever want to use that technique. But everything else was easy going. The cookies turned out great, and the people I shared them with enjoyed them and said they were beautiful. Kid approved even! PS, I gave up early on for the pressure piping white snowflake and decided to just do a random design before Grace mentioned an alternative method. So I have bad pressure piping, random filled circles, and then attempted white dots. The cookie was a bit confused, but it was all good practice! Overall this class was easy to follow and I had a lot of fun trying new things.
